Who We Are

All About The Q is comprised of Todd and Beverly Carpenter. It is also a Registered KCBS Competition BBQ team based in Riverside County California. Todd is the Pitmaster, or Head Chef so to speak, a Certified BBQ Judge, and and instructor with the California BBQ Institute/California BBQ Association where he teaches classes as fundraisers for children's charities in California. In addition, he has appeared on radio and television to promote the Norco Brew N Q festival in Norco Ca. and help raisefunds for the charities the event supports. Beverly is also a Certified BBQ Judge, assistant cook, and main side dish chef.  She has worked over the years to perfect their signature rubs, sauce, and side dishes which are all made in-house using only the finest ingredients around.


What We Do
Our mainstay are the 4 KCBS competition meats: Chicken, Pork, Ribs and Brisket. Other meats such as Turkey, Ham, and Tri-Tip are available on request. Hot Dogs and Hamburgers are also available for Kids and Adults alike.

All of our sides are fresh made also, no commercial mass produced products here! Choose from Baked Beans, BBQ Beans, Potato Salad, Mac and Cheese, Corn Bread, and Green Bean Casserole. Introducing our newest custom pit "Godzilla". Standing over 8 feet tall and 10 feet long, it is sure to be an eye catcher and will cook enough food for a small Army. Have just a few troops to feed? We have several pit sizes on had to fit the crowd you need to feed.


We also build custom pits. From mild to wild, patio to trailer mounted, we can build to suit your needs.
